Established in January 2014, MKENNY PROPERTIES LTD is one of the upcoming property development and management companies, carving a niche for itself with development in Manchester and the North and expanding to other cities in the UK. Led by our Director, Mr. Oseni Hassan Musa, our experienced leadership team brings a proven track record in large-scale developments across the UK, driving innovation and excellence in the property sector.

Our vision is to bring our experience of property management, property development, and project management to change the perception that estates and properties only belong to the wealthy. We specialize in residential property development, full house refurbishments, and rental property management, overseeing the entire development process from land acquisition and construction to project completion and management.
